Terms of Sale

By placing an order on BargainBalls.com, you agree to these terms. All sales are final unless the item received does not match the described grade or condition. Bargain Balls reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Product Condition & Grading Disclaimer

All golf balls sold on BargainBalls.com are pre-owned and graded based on our internal grading standards. While we make every effort to accurately describe condition, minor variations in cosmetic appearance may exist within a grade. Golf ball performance is not guaranteed, as used golf balls may have internal wear not visible to the naked eye. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the pre-owned nature of our products.

Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused since delivery and in the same condition you received it. If you received the wrong grade or a misrepresented product, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address, payment info) solely to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to complete your transaction (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which maintains its own privacy and security standards.

We may use your email to send order updates or promotional offers. You can opt out at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Bargain Balls is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
