BARGAINBALLS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Return Policy
At BargainBalls, we stand behind every ball we sell. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The balls must be in the same unused condition as when they were received
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
• All original packaging and materials must be included
• All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or credit is issued
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at Customerservice@bargainballs.com with the following:
• A clear photo of the golf balls you wish to return
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the reason for your return
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your items.
Please do not send items back before receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Note: Returns must be sent to an address provided by our customer service team upon approval.
Damages and Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at Customerservice@bargainballs.com with a photo of the item and your order details.
We will assess the situation promptly and work to make it right, whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event
• Gift cards
• Mystery bag orders (due to the nature of mixed inventory)
• Any custom or personalized orders

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item following the return process above, then place a new order once your return has been approved.
This ensures the fastest turnaround and availability of your desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Customerservice@bargainballs.com.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return shipment, as BargainBalls cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All returned items must be in their original unused condition as received. Once your return is approved, our customer service team will provide the return shipping address.
